Claire brings a rare blend of leadership, organisation, and practical relocation experience to MoveSolved.
With degrees from Warwick and Cambridge, she built her early career in education before moving into business as joint owner and Operations Manager of a law firm. There, she honed the operational skills she now uses to help clients identify the right areas, shortlist the best properties, and navigate each stage of their move with clarity and confidence.
Having lived and worked internationally, she has overseen multiple relocations herself, giving her clear insight into the logistical and personal pressures involved.
Calm, structured, and client‑focused, Claire anticipates issues, streamlines processes, and ensures every stage feels controlled, efficient, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Josefina Wyatt
Josefina brings a personalised, insight‑driven approach to MoveSolved, combining strong market knowledge with meticulous research to help clients identify the right areas and uncover exceptional on‑ and off‑market opportunities.
With an LLB (Hons), an MBA, a Level 7 Diploma in Business Consulting, and 15 years’ experience leading complex negotiations and business management within the NHS, she brings strategic thinking, attention to detail, and skilled negotiation to every search.
Her early work advocating for older and disabled people shaped her client‑first approach, grounded in listening, trust, and understanding individual needs. Calm, analytical, and highly thorough, Josefina guides clients through each stage of their move with clarity and confidence, ensuring the process feels informed, effortless, and tailored to their long‑term goals.
